Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-demand periods, or for handmade items.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping
We ship nationwide using trusted carriers.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

4. No-Return / All Sales Final Policy
Because our products are organic, perishable, and often handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
